padGOLD AND MINERAl CLAIMS FOR SALE

We use the most current satellite technology available. To ensure accuracy, we combine GPS with computer mapping software and double check it using traditional methods of land measurements. Owner, Wallie Robinson is a University of Alaska trained prospector. We also have on staff a mining engineer graduate from the School of Mines.

With your purchase of a location mining claim, certain rights and guarantees are conveyed. These include: mineral, timber and surface rights as well as a Federal guarantee of access.

Because of this guarantee, patented owners may find this can be an effective tool in helping to resolve easement issues.

Many of our claims are located in historic mining districts famous for the gold and mineral wealth they have produced. We have, what we believe to be, the very best producing mining claims. These are avaible in various counties throughout Colorado's mineral belt as well as nearby states.

Interests and associated rights in your mining claim may be bought, transferred, leased, rented, willed or inherited. A quit claim deed is all that is required for the transfer of interest.

We have gold placer claims, with water, that can be accessed by either two wheel or four wheel drive vehicles.

Also available are mineral claims (Topaz, Amazonite and Smokey Quartz).

Most lode gold claims include one or more of the three major ore type; Lead Silver, Pyrite and Telluride.

All twenty acre placer and lode claims are $1800.00

Association placer claims that are larger than twenty acres (up to 160 acres) are priced at $900.00 for each additional twenty acre parcel.

Twenty acre segments can be divided and sold by the purchaser. We will facilitate this at a nominal charge per parcel.

The Mining Law of 1872, as amended, is administered by the BLM and provides citizens of the United States the opportunity to explore for, discover and purchase certain mineral deposits on Federal Lands. This law also sets general standards and guidelines for claiming the possessory rights to the minerals discovered during exploration.

A mining claim is a particular parcel of Federal Land, for which an individual has asserted a right of possession. A properly located and maintained mining claim affords the claimant an exclusive right to extract the minerals. The claim cannot be used for a home-site, place of business or for other purposes not reasonably related to mining activities. Casual use activities that cause only negligible disturbance of the public land do not require BLM notification. Use of earth moving equipment or explosives likely to cause significant disturbance of surface resources must meet other BLM requirements.
