CHAFFE COUNTY -- See claims below

Chaffee County is near the central part of Colorado. It borders the Continental Divide on the west and extends eastward across the valley of the upper Arkansas River. Chaffee County is well known for it's topaz, smoky quartz, and other crystals. The Chalk Creek district is in wetern Chaffe County near the headwaters of Chalk Creek, 16 miles west of Nathrop along the Arkansas River. The ores of the district contain gold, silver, lead, zinc and a little copper. The Chalk Creek district probably is the only one in the county that has produced more than 100,000 ounces of gold.

Pomeroy Gulch Lode 20 acre lode claim T.51N. R.05E. Sec.18

This lode lies on the opposite side of the gulch from the Mary Murphy mine, a free milling (native) gold mine. The lode is overstaked by our Legacy Placer claim. Enrichment comes from the Legacy Lode and the Mary Murphy mine. Ideally, lode and placer rights should be owned by the same party but lode and placer rights are different. In this instance both are important to the overall value. That is the reason we are offering this special price, you would be getting both the placer and the lode.
